FRAUD REDUCTION
Our approach with fraud is to help clients move from a simple approach that typically creates thousands of daily false positives to the creation of a unique 'customer digital signature' for every customer.
This signtaure is based on how each customer interacts with the client. By comparing how a user within any given web session behaves compared to previous web interactions helps to identify abnormal behaviour - in real-time! Factors might include session timings, typing speed, geography, access platform(s), abnormal browsing behaviour etc. All can be combined into a real-time fraud score to be fed through to agents to adjust the customer treatment.
In our experience, operationalising this type of key behavioural information into a client's real-time customer scoring system is incredibly powerful, driving significant fraud reduction and an interaction effectiveness improvement of 1000%+.
